What are Kettlebells?

A Kettlebell is a bowling ball-sized cast iron weight with a single looped handle on top - our kettlebells range in weight from 8kg.

Although this piece of strength-training equipment has been around for decades, it has only recently caught the attention of mainstream athletes. 

What’s so great about Kettlebells?

Kettlebell training has taken off in recent years because it gets back to basic training – training that requires functional, whole body fitness. 

Lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the whole body, and specifically the core muscles, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time. 

Kettlebell workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once – because of this, they are a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time.
